Program Description
Our SMS program sends transactional customer-care messages, including:
- Appointment reminders for scheduled service visits or drop-offs
- Notifications when a repair or service ticket has been completed
- Replies related to an active service request when you have opted in or contacted us first
This program is not used for unrelated mass marketing campaigns.
Consent
You must opt in before we send SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services except where messaging is the chosen method for appointment or service updates you request.
Opt-in methods include:
- Checking an SMS consent box on a web or paper service form
- Verbally agreeing when scheduling service by phone or in person
- Signing a service authorization that includes SMS consent language
- Texting our business number to initiate a service-related conversation
By opting in, you represent that you are the wireless subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Standard consent language: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Sound Computers for appointment reminders and service ticket completion notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and active service tickets. We do not send recurring promotional message bursts through this program.

Opt-Out and Help Commands
- STOP — Unsubscribe from Sound Computers SMS messages at any time.
- HELP — Receive help information and our contact details.
- START / UNSTOP — May be used to rejoin after opting out, subject to renewed consent where required.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may depend on your carrier and device. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes and Cancellation
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
